Family Christmas Cards - My Hot Take | Arizona and Washington Photographer
Family Christmas cards don’t need to be perfect — they need to feel like you.
Instead of stressing everyone out with matching outfits and stiff poses, choose comfort, candid moments, and a location that fits your family’s vibe. Whether you’re soaking up Arizona’s golden desert light or embracing Washington’s cozy, misty forests, the best holiday photos are the ones that capture real connection, personality, and joy.
Your Christmas card shouldn’t be a performance — it should feel like a warm, genuine moment frozen in time.
Photography Consult; Why its important! | Wedding Photography | Washington & Arizona

Posing is something I’ve never felt like I’m particularly great at. For a long time, I’d watch other photographers effortlessly guide people into the perfect angles and think, how do they do that?
But recently, someone told me, “You’re really good at giving direction.” And something about that clicked.
Oh… it’s direction I’m good at.

Faeries in the Forest | Annie & Boris | Redmond, Washington
Many people don’t realize, how hot Washington state can get. But man, did we find out. But In a sun-drenched hiding spot adorned with delicate wildflowers and a soft carpet of grrass. A & B gracefully stepped into their enchanting outdoor session. They asked for a shoot to express a Faery style love. Dressed in less than flowing garments (Including Annie’s wedding dress) that danced with each gentle breeze, they twirled and laughed with pure love for one another. Their infectious joy echoed through the serene woodland.
