By using this website or inquiring about services with Andrea Michelle Photography, you agree to the following terms.

The short version:

I show up, I do my best work, I deliver your photos. You pay your invoice on time, treat me like a human, and understand that photography involves some things outside both of our control. We're in this together.

Services:

Andrea Michelle Photography offers wedding, elopement, couples, and branding photography services in Washington, Arizona, and beyond. all services are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of a signed contract and retainer through HoneyBook.

Browsing this website or submitting an inquiry form does not constitute a booking or guarantee availability.

Booking + payments:

  • All bookings are formalized through a HoneyBook contract and invoice

  • A non-refundable retainer is required to hold your date

  • The amount is specified in your individual contract

  • Remaining balances are due by the date outlined in your contract

  • Late payments may result in delayed delivery of your gallery

  • Payment plans may be available (just ask)

Cancellations + rescheduling:

  • I understand that life happens, especially around big events. Here's how it works:

  • Retainers are non-refundable, as they reserve your date and turn away other clients

  • If you need to reschedule, I'll do my best to accommodate your new date based on availability

  • If I need to cancel for any reason (illness, emergency, or circumstances outside my control), I will make every effort to find you a qualified replacement photographer and refund any payments beyond the retainer

  • Specific cancellation terms are outlined in your individual HoneyBook contract, which supersedes this general policy

Delivery timelines:

  • Couples + branding sessions: delivered within 2–3 weeks

  • Weddings: delivered within 2–3 months

  • Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee (inquire at the time of booking)

  • Timelines begin from the date of the session, not the date of booking.

Copyright + image use:

  • All images created by Andrea Michelle Photography remain the intellectual property of Andrea Michelle

  • Clients receive a personal use license to print, share, and use their images for non-commercial purposes

  • Commercial use of images (advertising, product promotion, etc.) requires a separate commercial license (please inquire)

  • Andrea Michelle Photography retains the right to use images for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes unless a written privacy agreement is in place

  • If you'd prefer your images not be shared publicly, just let me know before your session and I'm happy to accommodate that.

Model release:

By booking a session, you grant Andrea Michelle Photography permission to use your images for promotional purposes including website, social media, and print marketing. If you'd like to opt out, just say so. No hard feelings, ever.

Accessibility + accommodations:

I am committed to making my services accessible to everyone. If you have specific needs, accommodations, or accessibility considerations, please share them when you inquire and I will do everything I can to make your experience comfortable and inclusive.

Limitation of liability:

Photography involves factors outside anyone's control: Weather, venue restrictions, equipment issues, unexpected circumstances. While I take every precaution to deliver exceptional work, Andrea Michelle Photography is not liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control.

In the unlikely event of a failure to deliver agreed-upon services, liability is limited to a refund of payments received.

Website use:

The content on this website, including images, copy, and design, is the property of Andrea Michelle Photography and may not be reproduced without written permission. You're welcome to share links, screenshots for personal reference, and that kind of thing, just don't steal my stuff.

Governing law:

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Washington. Any disputes will be handled there, because that's where my business is officially located.
