This last week, I had the fantastic opportunity to be a guest on the Business Focused Photographer podcast. We dove into a topic that’s close to my heart! You guessed it! ADHD, and how ADHD can actually supercharge our photography business.

Living and working with ADHD means my brain works a little differently, and honestly, that quirky wiring has shaped the way I run Andrea Michelle Photography. On the podcast, we talked about a few key ways those ADHD superpowers translate into business success!

We often emphasize listening to your mind and body and how this habit can translate into everyday business skills. It’s about recognizing the best times to work and accepting that a strict schedule might not always suit you. It means honoring when your body needs a break, even if that rest comes in the form of editing for six hours straight. And you know what? That’s totally okay!
